CallME! - The #1 Click-to-Call
We are constantly improving our services and adding features to our CallME! Click-to-Call, CallME! Voice Messaging, CallME! Pay-per-Call and CallME! Text-to-Call services. This page will provide to news about the news about our services and our (white label) reseller platform.
TxtME! Click-to-Text
Our CallME! Click-to-Call service has a new sister: TxtME! Click-to-Text
As you probably guessed already... CallME! lets your web visitors call you for free and TxtME! lets your web visitors send you a SMS / Text message at times that you are not available to take calls. Outside your office hours the CallME! window automatically changes into a TxtME! window where your web visitors can leave their name, phone number and a short message. All information is packed in one SMS / Text message and delivered to your mobile phone anywhere in the world within seconds.
- Cost: FREE for the web-visitor and you pay a small fee per message based on the location of your mobile phone. See our international SMS / Text message rates. CallME! / TxtME! accounts are 100% FREE, you just top-up your account and you pay only for the cost of calls and messages you receive.
- Privacy: Your mobile number is not visible for the web visitor.
- CallME! / TxtME!: You decide when to use each service: CallME! 24/7 or TxtME! 24/7 or CallME! inside your business hours and TxtME! outside your business hours.
CallME! CSS templates
The new CSS template structure makes designing a CallME! Click-to-Call widget an easy task.
In the past clients were forced to use the CallME! API when they would like to design their own Click-to-Call form. The new CSS templates speed up design drastically. CSS styles are used to display, position, size and allow clients to adapt the look and feel of every element of the CallME! screen to the style of their web pages. A new widget can be created in less than 30 minutes.
The iFrame CallME! widgets have three screens:
- Button: The invitation to web-visitors to use the Click-to-Call service
- Click-to-Call form: The form where web-visitors enter their telephone number
- Call progress information: The screen that provides information about their call. After the call ends the button becomes visible again.
The CallME! system provides a number of pre-defined CSS templates, we can create a CSS template for you or you can create your own CSS template.
Single country iFrame CSS template:(can be set to any country)
Multiple country iFrame CSS template:(user selects his country for a drop down box)
Special promotion!!!: Top-up your account with Euro 50 / GBP 50 / USD 75 or more NOW and we create a CallME! widget with the look & feel of your web-site for FREE!
CallME! QR code
The CallME! Control Panel now generates QR codes for your account using the Google Chart API. CallME! clients can create QR codes for their account, just select a CSS template designed for mobile use, language, country pre-set and copy the QR code image to your web pages and documents.
Imagine that you have full control over the CallME! window and you can for example create a dedicated QR code for a client where his name and phone number will appear automatically in the CallME! window. The client only has to scan the QR code and submit the Click to Call form. Nice way to close a deal...
The Google chart API allows you to create CallME! QR codes for all your members and give them a very personal FREE call back experience. See John Doe example.
CallME! goes mobile
The CallME! Click-to-Call has a new CSS template designed for mobile phones. We optimized this template for use with iPhone, Android phones or any other small screen device... The CSS template is available to all CallME! clients. Clients can also use the mobile CSS template as a base for your their CSS templates.
Multi country mobile CSS template:

If you do not have a QR code scanner on your mobile download one for your iPhone (see QR Code City), Android or Blackberry or any other recent java enabled mobile. Or just browse here with your mobile and click the image.

New CallME! Click-to-Call widget
The CallME! Click-to-Call service now supports a 100% in-page Click-to-Call experience. The new widget is a result of the new CSS template based CallME! version (more about that in another post...).
Normally you insert CallME! buttons in your web pages and a new CallME! window only opens after the user clicks the CallME! button, we now support a new CallME! widget that does not open a new window anymore.
The CallME! button simply changes into a Click-to-Call form within your web page! The user enters his phone number and initiates the call back. The CallME! widget will update the user about the call status and some seconds after the call ends the CallME! widget will revert back to the initial button.
See here an example of a CallME! widget:
Our LinkBuilder will genererate the link for the CallME! widget and you just copy and paste this link into your web pages within seconds. The CSS template structure of the CallME! Click-to-Call system will allow you to create your own CallME! widgets.
CallME! Pay-per-Call Terms
The CallME! Pay-per-Call service allows you now to link to a terms sheet that new clients need to accept.
The terms sheet has to be hosted at your own domain and the URL can be added at the Reseller Admin > General and White Label setting page.
New clients a forced to accept the terms before they can sign up when this option is activated. The link to the terms is shown again in the confirmation page and confirmation email message.
CallME! Pay-per-Call Professional Voice Prompts
The CallME! Pay-per-Call service notifies the professional with a voice prompt that they are about to receive a call from a client through the CallME! system. Now it is possible to set multiple voice prompts in order to inform the professional about the maximum duration of the call. The maximum duration is depending on the balance in the account of the on-line client.
For example: CallME! Pay-per-Call connects you to an on-line client for a 7 minute call. Press star to accept this call...
Voice prompts can easily be generated with the built-in Text-to-Speech engine and are automatically uploaded to the CallME! Pay-per-Call system.
This way the professional can also be informed about receiving the new free/complimentary calls for new clients!
CallME! Pay-per-Call Free Complimentary Call
The CallME! Pay-per-Call service now allows you to offer a free/complimentary call to new clients. This complimentary call is available to clients that just signed up and did not yet top-up their account. The maximum duration of the complimentary call can be set by the administrator. The cost of the complimentary call is billed to the master-account and there is no pay-out for the Pay-per-Call professional.
CallME! Pay-per-Call Professional Listing page
The CallME! Pay-per-Call Professional Listing page has been enhanced with some new important features. This page is automatically generated by the CallME! Pay-per-Call system and lists all registered professionals in your network. The listing page can be included as iFrame in an advisory web-site/page and is the heart of your Pay-per-Call solutions. Enhancements include:
- CSS overlay: you can now provide your own CSS stylesheet for the listing page
- Sorting: professionals can be sorted by name or on-line/off-line status
- Categories: professionals can be listed under multiple categories
CallME! Language Translation Project
We are now providing a framework that allows clients to translate the CallME! window and notification email into any language. Right now we support over 15 languages, but with the Translation Project we can easily provide access to your local language allowing you to translate the CallME! user interface. Access to the translation project can be found in the Reseller admin and Settings pages. We target to support all languages at the end of 2011. Please contact us for more information.

Speech support for CallME! Click-to-Call window
We are always in for new technologies. HTML5 will bring a whole new range of possibilities and some browsers are starting to include those technologies right now. Google Chrome included support for using speech in forms using the x-webkit-speech attribute.
We tested this speech option and it works really well, problems to get an email address right, but overall and especially with number inputs it works great! Right now it only works in combination with Google Chrome, but well someone has to be the first... who will be next?
Implementation of the Google Chrome x-webkit-speech in our CallME! Click-to-Call window took us only 15 minutes! Google Chrome does the rest.
- How it works?: Using the Google Chrome browser (you might have to upgrade to the latest version) you will see a microphone icon appear in the right corner of an input field. Just click this icon and you will be notified when you may speak. After you done the result will appear automatically in your input field.
- The three segmented USA type number field, (xxx) xxx - xxxx, will be filled in using only one voice input.
- Give it a try! (Sorry, Google Chrome users only):
CallME! Pay-per-Call
We made some modifications to the CallME! Pay-per-Call window to make perfectly clear to new users that all payments will go through PayPal.
Secure CallME! Click-to-Call ID
We added a secure CallME! ID mode, using a secure ID in stead of the normal 8 digit CallME! ID. Secure mode has been added because the 8 digit CallME! ID allowed hackers to find new CallME! accounts, while the new 32 character hash code makes this virtually impossible. This measure comes on top of the existing measures in place to prevent this from happening.
- Default mode: You can only use default CallME! Click-to-Call ID: cid=00000004 in link to CallME! window.
- Secure mode: You can only use secure 32 digit hash coded CallME! Click-to-Call ID: cid=eebb2447ca6eb25c01e58c8c3568c2b9 in link to CallME! window.
- Find full description of this feature under the in Settings page of your CallME! Control Panel.
Sign-up form/procedure for Click-to-Call clients of (white label) resellers or directory members
The new sign-up procedure will make it easier for resellers to add new clients under their master-account. The three step sign-up process makes sure only real clients with a real email address pass the sign-up process and can also be included as form only in the sign-up page of the reseller.
- Preview sign-up page: http://callme.sales2europe.com/callme_sign_up_account.php?prefix=yhq&export=1 Do not use this page to sign-up, in stead use sign-up page or reseller page.
- Find full description of this feature under the General and white label settings section in Directory/Reseller Admin page of your CallME! Control Panel.
- Step1: REGISTRATION -- Shows a sign-up form with name, company, web-site, email, phone, username, password, notes. After submitting this form the user will receive an email with a PIN CODE.
- Step 2: CONFIRMATION -- Shows same sign-up form and user has to add the PIN CODE (received by email) to the form and submit again.
- Step 3: COMPLETION -- Now the new sub-account is generated and the user receives log-in details and link to his Click-to-Call Account Demo Page (see example under User List section) by email. The sign-up page shows log-in details. The reseller receives sign-up confirmation by email with all user info. We can feed the new user information to your CRM (contact us for more information).
- This sign-up form/procedure can also be included (as stripped down version) in a custom sign-up page by adding export=1 to the URL (Eg: http://callme.sales2europe.com/callme_sign_up_account.php?prefix=yhq&export=1) or you can use the add_sub method of the CallME! API (contact us for more information).
- Find full description of this feature under the General and white label settings section in Directory/Reseller Admin page of your CallME! Control Panel.
