CallME! Click-to-Call for on-line directories
Click-to-call is another option to generate extra revenues from your directory members. CallME! click-to-call can easily be implemented in your on-line directory. We just reserve a unique CallME! id for each of your directory members. The billing can be done in many different ways all depending on the type of directory and the way you like to implement the click-to-call.
CallME! is using an open calculation model what means that the directory publisher does not pay a fixed fee per month, but only the real call cost based on our competitive international rates. The open calculation is much more profitable for the directory publisher compared to a closed calculation model (see comparison down this page)
CallME! billing systemThe directory publisher can decide how to bill the directory members based on the directories billing profile. The billing profile allows different options:
- Pre-paid model with a margin on top of the call cost.
- Pre-paid model with fixed price per call.
- Post-paid model with a margin on top of the call cost.
- Post-paid model with fixed price per call.
- Fixed fee per month.
- A customized model.
With pre-paid model each directory member has a prepaid balance with the directory publisher and every call is booked from the pre-paid balance according the rates set for the directory members by the billing profile. The real call cost is booked from the directory publishers account.
The way CallME! is set-up the directory members can even use the same CallME! Click to Call account on their company web sites. This way generating more revenues for the directory publisher.
CallME! control panelEach CallME! account / member has its own Control Panel with different tabs. Every member has a username and password giving him access to the control panel. The system is designed work with different access levels that enables different functionality and rights. The directory publisher staff will have access on a higher level than the members, which allows the staff to see billing information and set optional features for the members.
- Home - Overview of the functionality of the tabs in the Control Panel and will show a billing summary. The billing summary includes number of calls, total call length, total call cost for each month. The summary will display for example a history of the last 6 months.
- CallME! settings - The settings tab will allow the directory member to set his business hours, country list, etc. This can be set to Norway only or any selection of countries.
- CallME! call history - The history tab shows call details of all CallME! calls. See screenshot. It shows the time that elapsed from the moment the web visitor pushed the CallME! button to the moment the member answered the phone and the web visitor picked up. The length of the two calls, the cost of the two calls and the total cost of the CallME! call. The directory member will see the cost calculated with a margin on top set by the directories billing profile.
- LinkBuilder - This tab allows the member to generate a link to the CallME! window the directory member can use in his own web site.
- CallME! rates - This tab shows the member his the international call rates (based on the rules of the billing profile.
- Help - Help to the system.
- Directory Admin - Directory Admin tab allows the directory publisher staff to manage the system, to set optional features and see overall statistics.
The audio message played to the directory member upon connection of each CallME! call can be customized and will refer to the directory.
